The Sandwich
Seasonal Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy free, Egg free recipe
A tasty vegan sandwich made with vegan burgers, tomatoes and hummus.
Preparation
Halve the tomatoes and put them in the oven with balsamic vinegar and sugar at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
Shape two hamburgers made from Naturli’ Minced and fry in the pan in Naturli’ Organic Spreadable. See the frying instructions on the back of the pack.
Toast the bread in Naturli’ Organic Spreadable Put the burgers on the bread, add hummus, slices of avocado, and finish with a topping of baked tomatoes.
Top tip: cover the other 1/2 avocado in lemon juice to keep it from discolouring and so you can use it at a later time.
