These tasty pancakes are made with gluten free oat flour and Mheat streaky rashers. Suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Mheat streaky rashers for a few minutes until slightly crisp.

Make a smooth pancake batter by mixing together the oat flour, a pinch of salt, oat milk and slowly adding the eggs one by one. Mix in the chives and Mheat streaky rasher pieces.

Heat 2 tsp of oil in the frying pan and when the oil is hot, add a ladle of batter at a time and cook until set.

Pour over the Oatly cream.
